City Hostel Seattle Review

October 26, 2015

Seattle is the home of coffee, Nirvana and Microsoft.  It is also the home to the City Hostel Seattle.  Back in 2012, it was voted the best hostel in the USA on Hostelworld.com.  Have a read through the review to see if it still holds that top honour in 2015.

Final Thoughts

Seattle is a great city to visit and City Hostel is a great place to stay.  It is close to all the attractions with the Space Needle and Pike Street Markets only 10 minutes’ walk away.  Along the street are a number of different restaurants with the Mexican restaurant serving large burritos for about $10.  The hostel itself has a few different common areas such as a movie theatre, TV room and outside patio area.  The closest light rail stop, Westlake, is about a 10 minute walk and the closest bus stop is 1 block away.  The hostel is a great place for meeting other travellers whether it is in the morning at breakfast or on one of their daily organised events.

Itchy Feet Escapades rates the City Hostel Seattle 5 out of 5 Itchy Feet.
