HI Boston Hostel review

October 11, 2015

Boston is located about four hours’ drive from New York City and is home to a lot of history that has shaped the USA we know today.  This is where the American Revolution started back in the 1700’s and has now turned itself into a modern day hub of hustle and bustle.  An expensive place to stay, but a must stop sometime in your life.  To save some money on accommodation, stay at the HI Boston.

Final Thoughts

Don’t be fooled by the high price of the hostel, Boston is an expensive city to visit.  Accommodation rates are on average over $300 per night for the downtown area.  The HI Boston is on the cheaper spectrum of price but packs in everything a backpacker needs.  It has taken all the good things of other hostels, packaged them into one building and have said ta da!  Well what do you think?  And I tell you what; I think they have done a great job.  This is definitely set up for the flash packer market and if you are not sure what that market is, come stay at the HI Boston.  They even said ‘Welcome to Boston’ when we ‘checked in’ on facebook.

Itchy Feet Escapades rates the HI Boston 5 out of 5 Itchy Feet.
